Group Fitness Classes
at Stonebrook
We at Stonebrook understand that many people enjoy working out in group sessions more than by themselves.  There is something to be said about making new friends and exercising in a supportive, fast-paced environment.  As a result, we have two fitness instructors at Stonebrook who lead varied fitness classes throughout the week.
 
Krista Farris (left) is proud to be an American Council on Exercise certified instructor.  She has led fitness classes of all types for over seven years.
